Mail On Purpose⢠is operated by This Is On Purpose LLC. The work is informed by Catholic convictions about honesty, stewardship, human dignity, and responsibility. We reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with our religious convictions, mission, ethical standards, legal obligations, platform rules, or sending standards.
1) Equal Service
We do not refuse service based on protected personal characteristics. Our decisions are based on project content, risk, legality, fit, capacity, and platform requirements.
2) Expressive and Managed Services
Our work may involve expressive services such as writing, design, editing, publishing, strategy, list handling, and campaign management. We decide what projects we can responsibly accept.
3) Email and Data Standards
We may decline projects involving scraped lists, deceptive sender identities, misleading claims, unclear consent, spam-like sending, high-risk offers, or content that could damage deliverability or violate laws or platform rules.
4) Prohibited or Restricted Content
We may refuse unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, infringing, exploitative, sexually explicit, fraudulent, high-risk financial, unsafe medical, illegal product, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may also decline content that requires specialized legal, regulatory, or compliance review we are not equipped to provide.
5) Referrals
If we decline a project, we may provide neutral referrals when appropriate, but we are not required to do so.
